Program Description

The scholarship is available to national and international students who want to pursue their Masters studies in Qatar. The definite purpose of the scholarship is to attract International Students without the requirement of the IELTS test. Online applications are now available for Master’s and Doctoral applications. Students who are in the final academic year of BA are eligible to apply for admission. There are no specific age requirements to be able to apply for this program. Also, for a master’s program, you are expected to have obtained a bachelor’s degree. While for doctoral studies, you are expected to have a bachelor’s and master’s degree.

Doha Institute for Graduate Studies Scholarships Benefits

Doha Institute for Graduate Studies Scholarships is defined as fully funded scholarship opportunities i.e. all expenses are covered by the scholarship for international students as well as Qatari citizens. The scholarship will cover all student expenses, including their airfare. Scholarship financial coverage and benefits are grouped into 2 types based on their categories, details are provided below.

1) Sanad Scholarship (This is for Overseas or International Students)

This scholarship is available to international students (from all countries), Qatari residents and Qataris. The scholarship will cover all student expenses, including their airfare. The coverage below will be defined by the organizers.

1. The student’s full tuition fees are settled
2. There is free accommodation in the Institute’s dormitories
3. The monthly stipend is provided
4. Health insurance is covered
5. Round trip airfare travel tickets (to and from the student’s home country)

2) Tamim Scholarship

This type of scholarship is designed for the Qataris and students who are in the Arab world. The scholarship will cover all student expenses, including their airfare. Financial coverage details are provided below;

3. The monthly stipend is provided
4. Health insurance is covered
5. Round-trip airfare travel tickets (to and from the student’s home country)
6. Eligibility Criteria for Doha Institute Scholarship Applications

The following defined eligibility requirements will be considered for applications for the Doha Institute Scholarship.

International students and Qatari residents can apply.

All students are expected to have obtained a bachelor’s degree. Students who are in the final academic year of BA are eligible to apply for admission. The scholarship is available to national and international students who dream of pursuing their Masters level studies in Qatar. The defined purpose of the Scholarship is to attract International Students without making a mandatory requirement of an IELTS test.

There are no specific age requirements. Qatar needs Volunteers, so if you wish, apply for the FIFA Volunteer Register 2022. And if you are willing to work for Qatar, then you are encouraged to apply for Qatar Airways jobs.

For a master’s program, you are expected to have obtained a bachelor’s degree. While for doctoral studies, you are expected to have a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
